  • Membership dues are automatically charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month.

  • Yes. Your monthly facial can be scheduled anytime during your membership month.

  • Unused monthly facial services will roll over for one additional month. You may also gift one of your facial credits each quarter. Any services not used within the rollover period expires.

  • Yes, all retail items, gift certificates and designated facial upgrades. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes. Memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment. After that, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.
